Newcastle striker Papiss Cisse has until 6pm to respond to a charge of violent conduct fromt he English FA.
He looks set to be punished for elbowing Seamus Coleman during their win over Everton last weekend.
Everton manager Roberto Martinez has blasted Papiss Cisse in the wake of their 3-2 defeat to Newcastle.
Martinez described the striker's action as "unacceptable" and an attempt to "hurt" Coleman. He reckons the striker should've saw red for the elbow.
The incident happened with Everton leading 1-0 - but referee Craig Pawson did not see it. Cisse equalised for the magpies a minute later. Martinez says he shouldn't have been on the pitch.
