Philly McMahon remained calm and unflustered when questioned about accusations aimed at him following Dublin's draw against Mayo in the All-Ireland semi-final 10 days ago.
The Dublin player was accused by Sunday Game pundit Kevin McStay of feigning injury in one particular clash with Mayo forward Aidan O'Shea.
The Ballymun Kickhams club man was also accused of headbutting O'Shea, by O'Shea himself, but was cleared of any wrongdoing by the GAA's Central Competition Controls Committee who ruled that there was no evidence of contact.
