Brian O'Driscoll will miss Leinster's Pro 12 clash with Munster at Thomond Park tomorrow night. O'Driscoll picked up a calf injury during training this week. The medical team will assess the problem over the weekend before deciding if he can play in their Heineken Cup opener against the Ospreys next week. It means Lote Tuqiri comes into the centre in one of seven changes from the win over Cardiff last week. Gordon D'Arcy returns to the centre, Eoin Reddan's named at scrum half while the other four changes are in the pack. Sean O'Brien makes his first appearance of the season and comes into the back row with Kevin McLaughlin and skipper Jamie Heaslip. Mike Ross and Mike McCarthy are also included.

LEINSTER (v Munster): Rob Kearney; Fergus McFadden, Lote Tuqiri, Gordon D'Arcy, David Kearney; Ian Madigan, Eoin Reddan; Cian Healy, Sean Cronin, Mike Ross, Mike McCarthy, Devin Toner, Kevin McLaughlin, Sean O'Brien, Jamie Heaslip (capt).

Replacements: Aaron Dundon, Jack McGrath, Martin Moore, Rhys Ruddock, Dominic Ryan, Isaac Boss, Jimmy Gopperth, Luke Fitzgerald.
