The man known as 'Church' has been tweeting this afternoon about his miraculous recovery from an ankle injury.

Cian Healy's post reads; "They said 8 weeks, I said 6, I did it in 4. There is always ways to push the limitations of the human body."

The Irish international goes on to thank Leinster's injury rehab and conditioning coach Stephen Smith for helping to "make this ankle solid again!"

The Leinster prop was immense coming off the bench and setting up Jordi Murphy's match winning try against Castres in the Heineken Cup yesterday.

Healy had an operation on his ankle on the 11th of December and was even expected to miss Ireland's Six Nations opener against Scotland next month.

The Blues take on Ospreys in their final pool match at the RDS this Friday.

Meanwhile Murphy has been named the Bank of Ireland Leinster player of the month for November/December.
