A mixed night for the Irish in the first qualifying round of the Australian Open Tennis overnight.
James McGee is into the second qualifying round, after a 2 sets to 1 win over Slovakia's Norbert Gombos.
He won 1-6, 6-3, 6-2.
McGee will now take on Australia’s Dane Propoggia later tonight in the second qualifying round.
Louk Sorensen is out, though, after losing to France's Vincent Millot 6-1, 6-0.
