Conor McGregor has rubbished claims he used racial slurs in a press conference this week.
The UFC fighter is on a promotional tour ahead of the bout with Floyd Mayweather on August 26th.
McGregor caused controversy by telling Mayweather to “Dance for me, boy.”
Addressing the crowd in Brooklyn on the third stop of the promotional tour, McGregor said:
"All of the media seem to be saying I'm against black people... Do they not know I'm half black? I'm half black from the belly button down."
Speaking to Fight Hub TV, McGregor came out swinging:

"That's ridiculous. How does that make sense to ya? That's what's annoying me. That's why I wanted to bring it up today in a way, in a playful way.
"I mean how could you say that, when look at me for fuck sake. I mean I'm coming out rappin' bleedin' Biggie.
"I pulled out Jay-Z's album and all tonight for f*** sake. I'm a big fan of this s***, I'm a big fan of the culture, you know what I mean? Like I said he asked me what my playlist is.
"I'm gonna listen to his rap you know what I mean? I'm just out there having fun. If he's after coming in here thinking I'm disrespectful and he's angry... so what? Deal with it."
