It looks like Fergus McFadden is back on the treatment table.
Reports say he has undergone surgery on a suspected thumb injury.
That means he is a major doubt for Leinster's Champions cup tie with Harlequins at The Stoop this Sunday.
McFadden only returned from injury in Leinster's Pro 12 win over Ospreys last weekend.
He had been out for nearly three months with an ankle injury.
Luke Fitzgerald, Kane Douglas and Richardt Strauss are also all doubts for Sunday's game.
