Kellie Harrington must beat pro champ Hamadouche to book Olympic place

Kellie Harrington will have to beat a professional world champion tomorrow night to earn an Olympic place.

She beat Poland’s Aneta Rygielska in her lightweight last-16 contest at the Olympic qualifier in Paris. 

Harrington must face IBF super featherweight champion Maiva Hamadouche tomorrow to seal a place in Tokyo. 

Her win completed a perfect day for Irish boxers in last-16 action.
