Jordan Flores has completed a move to Hull City.

The Puskas Award nominee has signed an 18-month contract with the English League One side.

Flores was out of contract having spent the last two seasons at Dundalk. The former Wigan man helped the Lilywhites win the SSE Airtricity Premier Division title in 2019,

The 25-year old also won an FAI Cup winners medal in 2020.

During his time at Oriel Park, Flores developed a penchant for scoring spectacular goals.

His elastic-legged volley against Shamrock Rovers in February 2020 saw him nominated for FIFA's best goal of the year.

Flores also found the net twice during Dundalk's Europa League group campaign, scoring against both Molde and Arsenal.

"We’re really pleased,” Hull head coach Grant McCann said about his new acquisition.

“Jordan will bring good balance to the team, being left footed.

“He’s different to what we’ve already got in midfield and will provide good competition for places.

“He can score a screamer and shoot from distance with his left foot and right foot. He can open up things and see passes. He is very good in terms of putting forwards in.

“We’re bringing him in for his creativity and he’s quite versatile in the way he plays.

“He’s a really good character and an excellent lad in how he goes about his business.”

Hull currently sit second in League One, four points adrift of leaders Lincoln City.
