Ray Houghton has told 98FM Sport that somebody must be held accountable for the deaths of the 96 Liverpool fans on 15 April 1989.

After 27 years, the families of the 96 finally got some justice with the Hillsborough Inquest delivering a verdict of unlawful killing.

After nearly three decades of fighting on behalf of their loved ones the families hugged in the public gallery and some punched the air with relief.

Former Ireland international Houghton was on the Liverpool team that day and today, after hearing the verdict, he spoke to 98FM Sport
