Ulster second row Dan Tuohy has joined English Premiership side Bristol with immediate effect.
The Bristol-born 31-year-old has played at the Kingspan Stadium since 2009, making 136 appearances.
He has also won 11 caps for Ireland since making his debut in 2010.
He will now join the Aviva Premiership strugglers, who, it was announced yesterday, will be coached next season by Connacht’s Pat Lam.

"It's been a privilege and an honour to represent Ulster and Ireland for the past seven and a half years”, said Tuohy.
“Like any career, it has had its ups and downs, but the continued support of those close to me kept me right when things weren't going my way.
"I have a huge hole to fill on Friday nights now but I can't wait for the new challenges that Bristol presents.
“I was born in Bristol and raised just down the road, which adds to my excitement of going there.
Speaking of his decision to join the Premiership side, Tuohy said- “When speaking to Mark [Tainton- Bristol acting Head Coach] it was clear to see the vision he had for the club.
“I'm very excited to have the opportunity to add something to the group”.
“Being born in Bristol, and having played for Weston-Super-Mare, Gloucester and Exeter, I know what Bristol Rugby is all about and what it means to the passionate supporters.
“My attention now turns to helping Bristol retain their place in the Premiership.”

"When Bristol made the approach”, commented Ulster’s Director of Rugby, Les Kiss.
“It was only fair that we considered it and the outcome is very suitable for all parties.
"We are pretty well stocked in the second row with Franco van der Merwe, Iain Henderson, Alan O'Connor, Pete Browne, Robbie Diack and Kieran Treadwell all providing good options for us.
Tainton, the acting head coach at Bristol, who will make way for lam next season, is also delighted to welcome Tuohy to their side.
“He’s a formidable presence in the second row and an experienced lineout operator”.
“I know Dan well from his time in the Ireland international set-up.
“His knowledge of the game at the highest level, as well as his leadership skills, will be of significant benefit to the team.”
