Denis Bastick is to stay on with the Dublin footballers into 2015.
Injuries curtailed his season this year and it was feared he may call it a day with the Dubs.
But, according to today's Sun, 33 year old Bastick will be available for the O'Byrne Cup campaign in January.
The Templeogue Synge Street man was a key part of the Dublin team that won the All-Ireland in 2011.
He was also on the panel for the 2013 success.
And he captained Dublin to an All-Ireland junior title in 2008.
