Three people have been rescued from the River Liffey in Dublin.

Two of them had jumped in to save a person, who's since been taken to hospital.

It happened between O'Connell Bridge and Butt Bridge at quarter to twelve this morning.

The two rescuers declined an offer to be checked over in hospital.
