His owner Pat Geraghty revealed he was born in 1995, making him 27 years old.
Pat's nephew Pearse posted pictures online of Skippy, while on a visit from London this week.
Pearse spoke to Rebecca and Brendan on 98FM's Big Breakfast this week.
