Over ten years ago Vicky Bennison began a YouTube channel, travelling Italy and filming grandmothers or 'Nonnas' making delicious handmade pasta.
She wanted to capture these unique recipes before they are lost.
The channel became hugely popular and now has hundreds of thousands of followers. It became so in demand that Vicky published a cookbook in 2019.
She is now back with her second publication, 'Pasta Grannies: Comfort Food' is released on September 15th.
