Gardai and the Health and Safety Authority have launched separate investigations into the death of a woman - in what's believed to be a workplace accident - in North Co. Dublin yesterday morning.
It's understood the 27-year-old woman was driving a forklift on a building site in The Ward Industrial Park, when she died at around 09:30am.
She was pronounced dead at the scene, and her body was removed to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown, where a post mortem will be carried out.
