We have a vacancy for a Digital Designer.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Digital Designer to join our team in a fast paced working environment. The successful candidate will work across two radio stations, where they will be responsible for all the digital content including the websites, mobile apps and digital ad campaigns. Candidates must be able to multitask and work under tight schedules with quick turnarounds and as part of a team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review & update station websites with relevant promotion / competition content
- Management of station websites including curation, moderation and analysis of content and traffic
- Creation of artwork and digital content for use across all platforms (desktop / mobile / social media / other digital assets)
- Video editing & motion graphics – knowledge of video editing software (iMovie / Final Cut / Premiere Pro / Flash or similar)
- Website Development – work with web development teams to improve website & create new ways for user engagement with stations
- Facebook app development for station & client promotions (HTML / CSS / PHP / Javascript)
- Weekly online reports for management and on air staff (including analytics / social media / mobile app downloads etc.)
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to work under tight schedules with quick turnaround times
- Proficiency in working with the Adobe CC Suite for web and print
- Working Knowledge of motion graphics
- Good knowledge of website development languages such as HTML and CSS.
- Photography skills as required / needed
- Good knowledge of the digital media environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
