Three anti-water charge protesters will find out today if they will be jailed for contempt of court.
GMC Sierra, the company carrying out the installations in North Dublin, claims the demonstrators have breached an injunction by coming within 20 metres of the work stations.
The company is mainly relying on video evidence to back up its claims.
Mr. Justice Paul Gilligan will rule this morning whether the 3 protesters were in contempt of the order and what if any, action should be taken.
