Water consumption in Dublin dropped around October

The Green Party says water consumption dropped sharply in Dublin around October, when charges were initially due to come into effect.

It's obtained data from Irish Water, which shows that patterns of consumption have since returned to normal.

Green Party Councillor Ciarán Cuffe says the initial drop in consumption was lost in the last two months, during a period of intense uncertainty about Government policy.
