Vincent's Nurses To Be Balloted On Industrial Action

Nurses at St. Vincent's Hospital Emergency Department are to ballot for industrial action.

It's due to concerns about patient safety and overcrowding in the emergency department.

The Irish Nurses and Midwives Organisation says the ballot is up to and including strike action.

Nurses say the hospital management is refusing to report the extent of the numbers of patients who are being treated on trolleys.
