Supporters of Ibrahim Halawa are holding a 24 hour vigil outside Government Buildings.
The 19 year old from Firhouse is due back before a court in Egypt tomorrow and will be the seventh time the teenager faces a mass trial.
His last appearance in April was postponed and since then, his family have been concerned about his physical and mental well-being.
The 19 year old was arrested in Cairo in August 2013 when he and his sisters took shelter in a mosque during violent street protests.
His sister Fatima, who was arrested alongside her brother but released three months later, says they just want Ibrahim home.
Fatima says Ibrahim is still in a prison known to torture its inmates, she says he’s only allowed to speak to their mother for 5 minutes through barbed wire.
Ibrahim’s trial is expected to start at around 10 O’Clock Irish time tomorrow morning.
