Typhoon Hagupit is sweeping across the central Philippines' east coast - knocking out power and toppling trees.
Although it's unlikely to reach the unprecedented strength of Typhoon Haiyan last year, Hagupit's strong winds and heavy rain are still enough to cause major damage.
