Two People Pulled From The Liffey

Members of the Dublin Fire Brigade rescued two people from the River Liffey in Dublin last night.

The incident happened at around half past eight when two people were spotted in the water near the Ha'penny bridge.

Four units of the fire brigade attended the scene and the two people were pulled from the water and brought to St James's Hospital where they are beng treated for non-life threatening injuries.
