Two concerts in Croke Park are being planned for next April.
Dublin City Council received the applications for the outdoor gigs earlier this month - with the 23rd and 24th of April the proposed dates.
Its not known yet what acts will perform, with the council saying information relating to the artists are commercially sensitive.
The council says anyone can make a submission or observation in writing to the local authority in respect to the application.
Deadline for Observations is 4:30pm on 24th August 2021.
