Two men have been released without charge in connection with the death of Vincent Maher in Finglas at the weekend.
The body of the 29 year old was found in the bedroom of his apartment on the Wellmount Road on Saturday morning following a party.
It's understood he suffered a violent death, however post mortem details haven't been released.
The two men in their 20s were released late last night and a file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
