Two more men appeared in court today over death of Dale Creighton

Two people have appeared in court in Dublin charged in connection with the death of Dale Creighton in Tallaght.

Gardai have made 11 arrests so far in relation to this investigation.

O' Brien with an address at 12 Avonbeg Drive and 25 year old David Burke of 6 Village Square, both in Tallaght, were charged with violent disorder under Section 15 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Both were granted legal aid and bail on a number of conditions.

They're due in court again on Thursday the 16th of January.

20 year old Dale Creighton was fatally attacked at a pedestrian bridge at St Dominic's Road in Tallaght in the early hours of New Years Day.

11 arrests in total have been made as part of the investigation into his death.

6 people have now been formally charged;

23 year old Graham Palmer of Bolbrook Grove, and 20 year old Aisling Burke of Homelawn Road, both from Tallaght were first to appear in court on Thursday, both were charged with violent disorder as was the third person to appear in court, 20 year old Ross Callery of Westpark Estate, Tallaght.

The fourth accused was 23 year old student James Reid of Homelawn Avenue in Tallaght he's accused of producing a knife in the course of a dispute.

Two other men arrested were released without charge, while this afternoon 3 men in their 20's remain in Garda Custody and are being questioned under section 4 of the criminal justice act at Tallaght Garda Station.
