Two Irish men have died in an incident in Perth.
Australian media is reporting that the two men were crushed when a concrete panel toppled from a truck.
Both men are thought to be in their 20's however, it's not clear where in Ireland they are from.
The Department of Foreign Affairs says it is aware of the case and is ready to provide assistance.
