Michaela McCollum's return to the North to serve the rest of her sentence, has been given the go ahead.
The Tyrone woman was one of the Peru Two, who was convicted of drug smuggling in 2013 and given almost 7 years behind bars.
Officials in Belfast have completed the paperwork for her transfer.
Her solicitor's described conditions in the prison she's currently in as horrendous.
