As talks continue to try and come up with the solution to the Garth Brooks saga, the Chief Executive of the Labour Relations Commission says time is of the essence to hammer out a deal.
Kieran Mulvey claims Ireland's international reputation is becoming more damaged - the longer this saga wages on.
Dublin City Council has decided to allow only three of the five concerts in Croke Park to take place. But Mr. Brooks says he'll perform five or none at all.
Kieran Mulvey - who acted as a mediator between residents and Croke Park officials to try to resolve the row over the number of concerts being held - says Dublin City Council's decision cannot be amended or appealed.
