Three Surveys Say Increase In Dublin Property Prices

A series of reports on the housing market here show that property prices in Dublin are up.  

Daft.ie, MyHome.ie and DNG all say that the cost of buying a home in the city has increased but by varying degrees.  

The study by MyHome.ie shows that asking prices in Dublin increased by 1.3 percent in the first three months of the year, DNG says they're up 8.9 percent while Daft.ie says its 5.7 percent.
