Met Eireann has issued a weather warning until tomorrow.
A yellow warning's in place as winds - reaching average speeds of around 46 kilometres per hour batter parts of Dublin.
The warning will come into effect from 9 o'clock this morning and will remain in place until 9am tomorrow.
Meterologist Gerry Murphy says once the wind weather warnings have been lifted there'll be a possibility of snow showers tomorrow and on Tuesday.
