A new highrise building could puncture the Dublin skyline within the next two years.
Developers are looking for permission to build a 73 meter tall office block in Point Village.
It'll cost €80 million to build and will take two years to complete.
The Exo tower would have room for 2,000 workers if it gets the go-ahead.
Roland O'Connell from Savills says work could start by the end of this year.
