Dublin's Bord Gais Energy Theatre is celebrating its sixth birthday. Since the first curtain rose in 2010, three million people have watched over 250 productions.
During that time, shows like Wicked, Phantom of the Opera, The Lion King and The Bodyguard have been staged in the Dublin docklands.
Later this year, the theatre will hot productions including Annie, Billy Elliot and Chicago.
Stephen Faloon, General Manager of The Bord Gáis Energy Theatre said "It is with great pride we celebrate our sixth birthday and we would like to thank all the theatre-goers for their continued support over the last six years - we are so excited about the future of the theatre and most of all we look forward to building on our success and welcoming more massive shows Irish people once had to travel to see."
