A man who used to work as a producer with David Attenborough at the BBC has become irate in a Sainsbury's car-park in England. The drama unfolded on Saturday morning in Portsmouth when Fergus Beeley attempted to perform a citizen's arrest on an entire family.

It's not clear exactly what triggered the aggressive confrontation, but at one point he calls the family a "bunch of w*nkers" and proclaims "we’ve got you now, haven’t we?", with a sinister tone.

He then went on to tell the family, including an 11 year old boy, that he wanted them dead. At one point, he grabs the father by the neck before roaring "put your hands on the car, and prepare to die!”

You can watch the video below, where he explains to a passer-by that he was performing a citizen's arrest "because people nearly lost their lives on the motorway".
