The Taoiseach says he will cut income tax and the Universal Social Charge to make sure Ireland's economic recovery is "felt by those at work".
Writing in today's Irish Independent, Enda Kenny says one in 4 workers won't be paying the USC at all by next year.
He's also promised that an extra 40 thousand jobs will come on stream by the end of the year.
Enda Kenny's plan includes reforms to tax for the self-employed and an increase in the minimum wage.
It marks an early attempt to focus on the economy following a series of bad opinion polls for the Government and the launch of a new party by his former Junior Minister Lucinda Creighton.
