Enda Kenny's been forced to deny any knowledge of an alleged Garda unit set up to spy on water charge protestors.
The denial came after TD Paul Murphy raised claims in the Dail last night that he and other protestors are under Garda surveillance.
The deputy raised concerns about alleged surveillance on demonstrators under a programme known as Operation Mizen.
