Ruhama's urging the Government to publish sex purchasing laws before it finishes its term in office.
The charity's call comes as the French Government became the latest European Parliament to provisionally approve legislation to criminalise the purchase of sex.
Northern Ireland enacted similar legilsation earlier this month, but similar measures contained in the Sexual Offences Bill here have yet to be finalised.
