A man suspected of being involved in the Regency shooting has died up north.
Kevin Murray from Co. Tyrone had been diagnosed with terminal motor neurone disease.
The 46 year old was dubbed 'Flat Cap' after he was seen in photos at the scene of the atrocity in Whitehall in February last year.
He was released from custody earlier this year because of his deteriorating condition.
A court ruled he was too ill to be extradited to face trial on this side of the border.
