A new report's found that Hotel prices are rising rapidly as the country's tourism boom gathers pace.
The Annual Irish Hotel Survey for 2014 says the average room rate last year was 82 euro, up nearly 5 euro on 2013.
In Dublin an average room cost over 97 euro, a jump of nearly 7 euro.
The report warns that excessive price hikes could start to impact on foreign tourism numbers.
