Sniffer Dog Stella has foiled another plot to smuggle drugs into the country.
Four kilos of herbal cannabis worth 80 thousand euro were discovered at Portlaoise Mail Centre yesterday.
The canine sleuth gave a positive reaction to a parcel as part of routine profiling - in other words, her day job.
It had been sent from West Africa to an address in South Dublin.
Good doggie.
