Storm Barbra made itself known in the Grand Canal Dock area today after a large window became detached at the Facebook building.
Workers in Facebook HQ are safe, however emergency crews had to cordon off the area outside.
Due to the high winds Dublin Fire Brigade had difficulty in accessing the window to make it safe.
It's believed to be on the fourth floor.
