The trial of Anthony Stokes has been put back because an essential witness is not available.
The Republic of Ireland striker denies an alleged assault on an Elvis impersonator at Buck Whaley's on Leeson Street in June 2013.
This morning a court heard the relevant witness has become immobilised due to back problems.
It's the second time the trial's been adjourned; last November it was delayed because no judges were available.
