The state will not be taking any prosecutions following allegations of perjury in the Stardust Inquiry.
48 people died in the fire at the Artane nightclub on Valentine's Day in 1981, and families of the victims claim a subsequent tribunal was flawed.
In 2013 Gardai investigated those claims after new information came to light, but it's emerged the DPP has ruled no further action will be taken.
