Applications for funding from housing associations have been delayed for up to four months.
That's according to Fianna Fail Councillor Paul McAuliffe, who has been questioning why the grants are not being processed.
Councillor McAuliffe says this delay is unacceptable as there is an urgent need for social housing in Dublin at present:
