Businesses and community groups will discuss the issue of drug abuse in the city later.
Homeless organisations, drug treatment and law enforcement groups will meet with business leaders for the Dublin, A Better City for All, seminar.
The initiative was developed in 2011 to come up with ways of addressing the growing problem of anti-social behaviour and addiction issues.
It'll be addressed by the newly appointed Minister for Drugs Áodhan Ó Ríordán and the Lord Mayor Christy Burke along with experts from various fields.
Criminologist Dr Johnny Connolly will chair the gathering and outlines some of what's on the agenda:
