The Government wants to get rid of seagulls around the Department of Health.
It's looking for a pest control company to come up with ways to remove the birds from the roof of Hawkins House, Poolbeg Street.
Last year senator Ned O'Sullivan called for action to be taken against seagulls in the city, saying the birds are keeping people awake at night and are stealing childrens lollipops.
