Six people had to be rescued from an amusement park ride in Tramore County Waterford last night after it malfunctioned.
Two adults and four children were left stuck fifty feet off the ground shortly after 7.30pm.
Nobody was injured but an investigation is underway.
The fire service used a high reach appliance to bring them to safety.
The Health and Safety Authority has been notified - however it's understood no one was injured.
