A Right2Change demonstration is planned for Dublin this afternoon with the Right2Water campaign heavily involved.
Anti Austerity Alliance - People Before Profit will hold a rally after the march to college green.
The Sinn Fein leadership also plan to march in the demonstration at 2pm.
It begins at Parnell Square.
