Dublin retailers say they're extremely alarmed by plans to restrict car access to the city centre.
Traffic restrictions in the College Green area are coming into force this morning due to ongoing Luas works.
Cars will be banned from driving around the green, one of Dublin's busiest traffic spots, from 7am till 7pm on weekdays
