Longboat Quay residents are to be presented with a final offer of funding for fire safety repairs.
The bill to bring the apartment complex up to standard is 4 million euro.
The Dublin Docklands Development Authority has already said it'll pay 2.75 million of that.
But it's to come back with another offer after residents said they're not footing the rest of the bill.
Residents have been told they will have to come up with some of the money for fire safety works.
